• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a continental breakfast, and it is not included.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors, and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms on the back of the Hotel are quiet, while rooms
  in the front side of the Hotel, with overview on the pedestrian street are less quiet. But alla the rooms have double glazed windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms on the front side of the HOtel.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in every room, and they have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a computer with internet connection at the reception that you can use.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange it for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is one in front of the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Chambery / Voglans is the nearest airport. There is a bigger airport at Lyon St. Exupery.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 100 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Aix-Les-Bains, at about 10 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
