• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm until 12.30am, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  There is a price per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price. It consists of each kind of hot drink with milk and coffee, juice, brioches, jam, butter, ham, cheese, toast bread, fruit, biscuits, plum-cakes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Italian are spoken by our staff at the reception desk.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and private rooms (in particular on 4th floor).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking area but it is 10 min far from the hotel because you can not reach the hotel by car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Varallo Sesia village.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Malpensa and Linate and Turin Airports are the nearest ones.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we can plan it for our guests.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Scopello is the nearest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Varallo Sesia is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not (only sauna).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
