• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm, Check Out before 9.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes breakfast is included, and it is buffet style.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Englisch, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcon.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have ZDF, SAT 1, RTL, Eurosport channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Bormio (13 Km far from our Hotel).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano/Bergamo Orio al Serio and Milano Linate.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  From Milano/Bergamo Orio al Serio there are shuttles provising service in winter season.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  S. Caterina Valfurva bus-stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tirano (45 Km far from our Hotel).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It's possible just from the reception.
