• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 9.30pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per accommodation. During summertime it is rented for 6 persons maximum, in the rest of the year we rent the apartments together, for a maximum of 11 persons.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not provide breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Just one floor and we do not have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quite and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is a balcony on the first floor and a garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV-SAT.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Livigno: Carozzeria Helvetia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa, Bergamo Orio Al Serio.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Close by.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tirano (for Italy), Zernez (for Swiss). From there you can catch the bus till Livigno.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there are some nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not at the moment.
