Restaurant Le Lys: the elegance of the restaurant in mezzanine, in a refined wood decoration, proposes a Gastronomic Cuisine. Christophe Brié, the executive chef at the gastronomic restaurant Le Lys, whose track record includes spells at many acclaimed establishments such as Le Miramar in Propriano,Corsica, proposes a half-board menu that changes every three to four days - a symphony of flavours with which he hopes to soon score his first Michelin star. The restaurant has a feel of yesteryear about it - the contents of the dishes are cut up and served at table - yet also a delightfully modern personality.

Its reputation is on a par with the finest addresses in the resort - a statement unlikely to be contradicted by anyone who has tasted Brié's "French toast with foie gras and physalis compote". Children are certainly not left out: they have their own special menus, enlivened by sweet confections, gifts and surprise entertainment. At breakfast time, the appetising buffet features some 20 kinds of tea which will delight the most fanatical tea-lover.

Le Bar: with its fireplace in a charming and cosy place for a tea of the après-ski or for a relaxing moment around the piano-bar in the evening.

Spa: In the hotel spa - after a steam, a beauty treatment, a Japanese massage by Kanebo, a session in one of the two saunas, or a work-out in the fitness room - customers can take it easy in the relaxation room while making the most of the tea trolley, which offers brews and infusions from around the world.
