  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Our rates are per room (based on double occupancy) per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Our rates are in half-board (breakfast + dinner).
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    No, you can not.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak French and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 6 floors (the 6th floor is exclusively for the Suite). There is a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are very cosy and romantic, especially the Suite with its fireplace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, but there is a sunny terrace at the restaurant.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    All our rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    There are no special rooms for non smokers, but you will not feel disturbed if there were smokers before you in a room.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All our rooms have flat screen TVs with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, people have to ask for your room first at the standard.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, as it is not particularly useful in winter !
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, but there is Wireless high speed Internet connection everywhere in the hotel.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, but you can use the swimming-pool in the Hotel des Neiges in free access.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is a garage (extra cost).
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We can do this for you at the reception desk.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Both Lyon's and Geneva's are the main ones.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not but we can reserve a taxi for you.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    It is at 100 meters from the hotel in La Croisette.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    In Moutiers.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Yes, there is.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets are welcomed but not in common areas.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, we have a nice and gastronomic restaurant in mezzanine : Le Lys.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
