• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment and it's not included the Club Card (only for apartment for weekly stay) and the Final Cleaning.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill has to be settled upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 1 basement floor, one ground floor and three floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our apartments have a panoramic view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, all the apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not habe non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite Tv in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no direct dialling phone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is no extra charge for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have it at the moment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it is open from 1 pm in the afternoon.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car at the local tourist board.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Turin Caselle Airport is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a pickup service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  SAPAV line bus stops in Via Cesana.

  Oulx is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcomed.

  Yes, there is a restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is a connection in each room.
